Operating Leases

The operating lease product is the core service offered by Pacific AirFinance. Leases are typically structured on a 5-10 year basis with airlines assuming responsibility for the operation, maintenance and insurance of the aircraft during the lease term.

Sale/Leaseback

Pacific AirFinance offers sale and leaseback structures on selected single aisle and twin aisle aircraft types. These include Airbus A320 family, Airbus A330, Boeing 737, Boeing 767 and Boeing 777.

Pacific AirFinance also performs sale and lease back services for all major power plant families; General Electric, Rolls Royce and Pratt &Whitney. Reflecting its focus on classic aircraft, Pacific AirFinance usually undertakes sale and leaseback transactions of mid-life aircraft, which are being prepared to exit an airlines fleet or are transitioning to another form of operation.

Lease Management

Aircraft owners and investors can call on Pacific AirFinance to provide expert lease management services for their assets. We cover the entire transaction and lease process and subject all managed aircraft to the same thorough standards as we apply to our own portfolio.

Throughout the lease, Pacific AirFinance manages all communication with the lessee, including collection of rent and maintenance reserves as well ensuring that all technical requirements are satisfied. As lease expiration approaches, Pacific AirFinance is able to market the aircraft to new potential lessees and manage the subsequent transition from one operator to the next operator.

Should an aircraft owner wish to sell an aircraft at any point, Pacific AirFinance is able to offer this service with a commitment to realizing the best possible pricing in line with current market values.
